Avica Business is designed for high-performance remote access while meeting your organization's advanced management and security needs. It is easy to set up and offers the ultimate flexibility and scalability for companies of all sizes.

Initial setup

  • Navigate to management console to create an Avica Business account.
  • Download the client and host program on the corresponding devices in the Download page or management console.

Invite users and assign roles

There are three ways to invite users to your company:

  • Send an invitation to your user's email.
  • Batch import.
  • AD integration.

Then you can assign roles to users. Each role has different permissions that define what users can see and do within the management console.

Deploy programs

On the host devices, you need to install Avica Business Host on your endpoints to make them remotely accessible.

You can bind the devices using email or deployment code.

You can find the deployment codes in the Management Console > Device Management > Deployment > Host Device. A separate deployment code will be assigned to each different device group. After binding a remote device through the deployment code, the device will directly join the corresponding device group.

Super admin and other roles who have the permission of device management can add, remove, and assign computers for the user groups or users.

On the client devices, you can install the Avica Business Client and sign in with your email account.

Start a session

After logging in to the client program, users can view the list of authorized host devices. Users can connect from any Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android device.
